Since I now work for an AI research group, I should make clear that everything I write about AI are my own thoughts and do not reflect the opinions or positions of those I work with or my employer.

Since I first started looking at the current AI boom and large language models in particular, I’ve written a few things about the topic. Some are practical, some are more philosophical.

It’s a field that is rapidly changing, and I’m sure things will be outdated quickly here, but I’ll try to keep up.

Lately, I think LLMs are a dead-end and my interests in AI are centered around the Thousand Brains Project ^*This is the AI research group I work for. and the Thousand Brains Theory of Intelligence.
